Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok’s Volti restaurant & bar invites meat lovers to indulge in eclectic steak menus crafted from premium cuts from Australia every evening from 6 p.m.

A variety of deliciously juicy, tender and top-quality flavourful melt-in-the-mouth beef steaks include Jack’s Creek Angus Cuts and Wagyu Cuts (Jack’s Creek Angus Cuts are grain fed for 250 days, resulting in a highly marbled and tender cut of meat, while Jack’s Creek Wagyu is rated the highest marbling grade available in Australia), Angus Tenderloin, Wagyu Picanha, Wagyu Tenderloin, Angus Sirloin, Angus Ribeye and Angus Cote De Boeuf. Volti’s skilled chefs then char-grill the steaks to perfection according to guests’ preference. Prices start from Bt1,900++.
