Then, Puff pastry with roasted vegetables ‘escalivada’ and fresh lobster and the traditional Cannelloni of Carles Gaig with black truffle cream, one of his signature dishes. Next, the authentic Spanish Seafood paella with prawns and baby squid and The Black cod fish with ‘Samfaina’. This is then followed by the mouthwatering main course. Beef Tenderloin with ‘Priorat’ red wine sauce. End the tour with the classic dessert version of the Catalan cream.
Carles GAIG has been in the culinary field for over 45 years. He was awarded a Michelin Star in 1993. And many more accolades followed, such as the National Award for the Best Chef of 1999 from the Real Academia de Gastronomia.
