Songkran celebrations begin early this year at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. Thailand’s amazing variety of food and flavours is celebrated at Up & Above restaurant with a new ‘four regions’ set dinner menu available throughout April 2014 and priced at Baht 1,800++ mouthwatering menu include Khao soi gai (Chiang Mai crispy egg noodle with yellow curry and chicken), Choo cee prik youk sod sai (Fried sweet chill stuffed with pork and red curry sauce), Sa-tor phad goong (Stir-fried thai flat beans with prawns and shrimp paste) and much more. The restaurant’s popular Songkran Sunday Brunch on 13 April 2014, priced at Baht 2,300++ (Brunch) and Baht 3,000++ (Brunch plus continuous-flow selected wines, local beers, mocktails and soft drinks) also features an additional selection of traditional Thai dishes. At Yamazato, the hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant, a Songkran Gozen set lunch priced at Baht 600++ is available from 12 – 16 April 2014.
Up & Above Bar is located on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The four regions set menu is available every day for dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm during 1 – 30 April 2014. Songkran Sunday Brunch is only available on 13 April 2014 from 11:45 pm to 3:00 pm.
Yamazato is also located on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok. Songkran Gozen set lunch is only available during 12 – 16 April 2014 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
