Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok invites food and wine enthusiasts to enjoy a special five-course dinner prepared by the award-winning chefs on Tuesday, 22 March 2016 from 18:00 onwards. Each delicious course will be paired with an organic wine from the famous Van Volxem vineyard in Germany’s Saar valley, handpicked by its owner and winemaker, Roman Niewodniczanski, who will be flying in to chair the special night.This amazing culinary experience is priced at THB 2,900++ per person inclusive of dinner and all paired wines from the Van Volxem vineyard. Highlights include Hokkaido Scallop, Tamarind and Lemongrass paired with 2009 Van Volxem Goldberg Riesling; Maine Lobster Salad and Frozen Red Curry paired with 2012 Van Volxem Scharzhofberger Riesling; and Slow-Cooked Beef with Homemade Oyster Sauce and Crispy Kale paired with 2013 Georges Vernay Côte-Rôtie – La Blonde du Seigneur*, to name a few.Frozen-Red-Curry-with-Lobster-Salad

The Van Volxem vineyard is located in the historic centre of Wiltingen in the Saar Valley on the site of a Roman villa. The estate’s vineyards, first planted in the third century, are among the oldest in the region.
