The Siam Kempinski is one of the places we would like to visit more often, not because of the classy ambiance or the beautiful courtyard garden with a gorgeous pool but it is one of the places that offers many fine dining options. We were there for the Sunday lunch at the Brasserie Europa. Brasserie Europa is an all you can eat style restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is high quality especially on Sundays where they turn it up a couple of notches.

Brasserie Europa has a very warm ambiance with day light from large windows that look out to the pool garden courtyard. Each table are spaced nicely apart. There are many food stations; the most colorful one is the Sushi and sashimi.
Next to the sashimi are the one I would go first at it, is the chilled seafood. There were many options: king crab legs, lobster, crab claw, oysters are just a few must try items. Oysters were very fresh you can just taste the sea. Lobster and crab were sweet and juicy.
The Sunday brunch here serves free flows of alcoholic beverages and to start in style a Rose Champagne is the way to go.
Pumpkin lobster soup was served at the table.
There were a wide variety of appetizers to choose from both western and Thai. Clock wise from bottom center: seared sesame crusted tuna, beef Carpaccio, scallop salad, caprese salad, and Thai yum sam ros.
Another dish many would come for is the pan seared foie gras
For the mains, menus were provided at the table, you can order it at the table or right at the cooking station. The chef carefully customized each dish to perfection as ordered. Each dish was served in a pan with a burner underneath. This way the food doesn’t get cold. I left one dish about 20 minutes; it was still warm and tasty.
Grilled Sea bass, carrot ragout and crushed potatoes had a very appealing crisp skin.
Pan seared salmon, wild rice, sautéed vegetable; fish veloute was cooked just right very moist inside.
Slow roasted New Zealand lamb chop, green pea mousse, cauliflower salad, dates jus
Fettuccini prawn, ebiko white sauce was very delicate, the creaminess and sweetness from the prawn and ebiko was addictive.
Pumpkin arborio risotto, chorizo, and asparagus; my only complaint for this dish is there was not enough chorizo.
Angus Beef Tenderloin, spinach, and roasted baby potatoes; beef was very tender and was nicely charred.
All the mains and the foie gras was cooked to perfection. It was done when ordered so each dish was very high quality for a buffet style lunch. The chefs carefully cooked it like a la carte.
There was a cheese and bread corner for someone who wants to skip dessert but the dessert here offers as many varieties as many as the savory dishes.
There was a dedicated dessert room with all types of cakes and sweets you can think of.
The staffs here were very friendly. They would walk to your table offering smoothies and ice cream.
After the lunch, guest of the family Sunday lunch is invited to use the hotel pool. The beautiful garden and the pool was a relaxing way to end the meal.
