The Kitchen Table, a signature restaurant at W Bangkok presents a new menu of tapas-style desserts – “Sweet Tapas are in Fashion” – created by the hotel’s pâtissier, Chef Nicolas Descriaux. This signature collection is great for sharing and typifies The Kitchen Table’s approach both to culinary art and having a good time.

“I really wanted to create a selection of desserts that go hand in hand with our philosophy of Food from the Heart.”  said Chef Nicolas.  ”These five desserts are designed to be shared, to spark conviviality and be the center of all conversation.”

The chef has succeeded with his five imaginative and intriguing creations: Valrhona Chocolate Stones with Glass Bubbles; Red Bean and Black Sesame Daifuku; Lamington Pop (Chocolate, Coconut, Blueberry); Tonka Bean Mug Cake with Caramelized Sorbet; and Crazy and Bold Macaroons.

Sweet Tapas are in Fashion menu options are available in two packages:
·         Sweet Set for 2 persons: THB 850++ with two glasses of sparkling wine
·         Sweet Set for 4 persons:THB 1,600++ with one bottle of sparkling wine

Sweet Tapas are in Fashion is available 1 July to 30 September 2015 at The Kitchen Table, 2nd Floor, W Bangkok Hotel every day from 2pm to 10.30pm.
