 The World & Ginger Restaurants at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld invite all fish lovers to enjoy the Tasmanian Salmon & Wild Tuna with Free Flow of Australian Chardonnay & Chilean Sauvignon Blanc buffet throughout July 2013.  Tasmanian salmon and wild tuna from the deep blue sea will be served in various styles of cooking or raw, including slow roasted salmon with salsa verde and citrus, ahi tuna with foie gras and red wine sauce, Cantonese style braised salmon head with tofu, and Terriyaki salmon just to name a few.
The buffet includes a free flow of Australian Chardonnay and Chilean Sauvignon Blanc for only THB 1,490++ per person.
Available every Saturday night from 6:00 pm to 10.30 pm.
