executive chef of Japanese Restaurant REN at Hilton Niseko Village, Japan, coming to showcase his unique signature dishes from his inspirational masterpieces such as Braised Daikon and Leek Meuniere topped with Truffle and Miso Gragranced Foie Gras Sauté, Duo of Herb Sautéed Hokkaido Scallop and Venison Tataki with Seasonal Vegetables, Seared Premium Wagyu Beef with a Trio of Sauces and Five Grain Garlic Rice and much more.
