Hamilton’s, Bangkok’s finest New York-style steak house is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration with the international award-winning wine producer Taylors Estate for a wonderful one-night only Wine Dinner on Friday, February 28, 2014.

The renowned vineyard, which has been awarded the highest possible rating of five Red Stars by James Halliday, will elegantly pair a majestic selection of their award-winning wines with the sensational steaks and divine seafood options at Hamilton’s to produce a moment of pure pleasure for each enthusiastic gastronome. Starting with assorted canapés and a glass of Taylors Estate Promised Land Unwooded Chardonnay to whet the appetite, the five-course meal then moves on to an elegant Pan-fried US Scallop with butternut puree with passion fruit and shellfish emulsion and a Taylors Estate Sauvignon Blanc to bring out the tropical flavours with gusto. Pan-fried Tasmanian Salmon is next to delight, served with winter vegetables in a five-spice red wine butter sauce with a tempting glass of Taylors Estate Pinot Noir to pair. The next course delivers a delectable duo of Braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs and Pan-fried Angus Tenderloin presented with a celery puree and potatoes mille feuille with Parma ham. The beautiful beef set is matched by two bold Taylors reds – a 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2010 Shiraz from Clare Valley. A devilish dessert follows, with a unique Blueberry Soup elegantly accompanied by deep-fried vanilla ice cream and a 2011 Botrytis Riesling to aid digestion.

The Taylors Estate Wine Dinner at Hamilton’s will be available to delight diners for one night only on Friday, February 28 from 6.30pm at Hamilton’s Steak House, Dusit Thani Bangkok.
