Experiencing signature dishes from the four regions of Thailand–featuring a scintillating menu that consists of six scrumptious choices, the “Thailand on A Plate” promotions for lunch and dinner.  Let your taste buds enjoy the flavors of Chiang Mai with its “Gaeng Hang-lay” (braised pork belly in Burmese influence yellow curry); Phuket with the “Mhok Ta-lay” (grilled enveloped spicy aromatic seafood mousse): Udon Thani, with its “Homme” (braised beef with umami cured fresh water fish) and “Nam Tok” (roasted pork neck spicy salad with aromatic toasted rice); and Bangkok, with its “Gang khew Wann Gobb” (frog leg green curry with basil) and “Pad Thai” (stir-fried rice noodle with fresh water prawns).
