Brio restaurant at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is proudly hosting the final stop of Chef Thibault Chiumenti and Chef Jeremy Tourret‘s Pop Up Restaurant Farewell Tour on 10 & 11 June 2016 from 6.00 pm – 10.00 pm.Chef Thibault and Chef Jeremy are young, talented Bangkok-based French chefs, who are cooking up a storm before heading off to Marrakesh.Born into a French family with a great love of food, Chef Thibault raves about his mother and grandmother’s cooking, and was brought up to respect the beautiful produce of the earth. The conviviality of sharing and enjoying family cooking drove his passion to become a chef. His dream to create exciting dishes that inspire emotion came true early on when he joined the esteemed culinary team at a 2 star Michelin restaurant at The Ritz Paris. He then crossed the Atlantic to work with the legendary Daniel Boulud at his award-winning 3 star Michelin restaurant “Daniel” in New York City.Chef Jeremy discovered his love for food as a young boy, learning to create the cuisine of his grandmother. Pursuing his passion for culinary arts, his natural talent opened the doors to 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants, as well as collaborations with renowned chefs Eric Fréchon, Daniel Boulud and Olivier Samson. His contemporary approach to cuisine marries international flavours and classic French technique for a truly memorable dining experience. The gifted Frenchman’s creations are generous, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented; a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite.Combining their immense talents, these culinary maestros are cooking to impress for their final pop-up dinners at Brio on 10 & 11 June 2016. Presenting a lavish six-course menu, their finest creations unfold in a thoughtful progression of dishes that showcase the art of east meeting west in sumptuous fusion.

Brio’s Pop Up Dinners by Chef Thibault and Chef Jeremy are priced at THB 1,990 ++ per person and THB 3,180 ++ per person with Wine Pairing. An exclusive wine menu offering wines by the bottle and glass are also available at attractive prices.
