Celadon 25th Anniversary Authentic Thai Set Dinner

Presenting the rare flavours of authentic Thai cuisine, rarely found in Bangkok, except at Celadon.  Our celebration menu begins with assorted tastefully decorated appetizers, followed by a choice of Spicy Grilled Beef with Eggplants, Squid Soup, Baked Marinated Snow Fish in Bamboo, Grilled Pork Neck, Lamb Massamun Curry and Crab Meat in Coconut dipped sauce. This fine culinary experience concludes with Warm Glutinous Rice Balls and Salted Egg in Young Coconut.

La Scala 25th Anniversario Italian Set Dinner

Chef David Tamburini has created an exclusive set dinner menu to serve discerning Italian cuisine diners during the hotel’s anniversary month.  The welcome dish will be Alaskan King Crab Salad, followed by Seared Scallops, Seafood “Pastificio Gentile” Spaghetti, Seaweed coated and steamed Glacier 51 Toothfish and Australian Wagyu “Darling Downs” Rib-Eye.  Six textures of Chocolate will then be served as dessert.

The “Sukho Cocktail” at the Zuk Bar

Say Cheers to The Sukhothai Bangkok’s 25th year of legendary excellence with a “Sukho”, an exotic, Thai inspired cocktail. The “Sukho” is a pleasing combination of Vodka, Apricot Brandy, Tamarind Juice, Passionfruit and Honey, shaken with ice cubes, then strained, poured into a glass with water and garnished from a basket of passion fruit using a spoon. Go ahead – Let’s drink to our happiness together!
