WELCOMES NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF

 

The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, is delighted to welcome Peter Zimmermann, the hotel’s new Executive Chef.

The Swiss/Australian national has enjoyed a rewarding career working in some of the best kitchens in Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to joining The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok,Peter was Executive Chef at Starwood’s sister property, Le Meridien Chiang Mai in northern Thailand. At the five-star hotel, he was in charge of two signature restaurants and large banquet convention facilities. A dedicated and passionate chef, Peter’s culinary skills and creativity have also delighted diners at The Westin Sydney Hotel in Australia, and Parkhotel Zug in Switzerland.

Chef Peter’s specialties include traditional French, Italian and Swiss cuisine. He is also interested in native Australian cuisine. At The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, he will oversee the kitchen team and maintain the hotel’s exceptional standards at award-winning venues including Taste, Kisso, and Zest Bar & Terrace.
