Executive Chef Philippe has expertly paired a 5-course set menu with a Ogier fine wine from the ancient vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley, on Friday, May 29, 2015 at only Baht 4,100 ++ per person at Rib Room and Bar (RR&B), located on the 31st floor of The Landmark Bangkok.
Start the special night with canapé at The Bar and then go onto the first appetizer with Steamed Sea Scallop. The next is Romans Ravioles in a Light Creamy Double Boiled Consommė and follow with “Petit Pate Chaud” Quail and Duck Foie Gras, continue with Smoked Blueberry and Rosemary sherbet. Then, try the perfectly taste with Slow cooked Australian Wagyu Sirloin. The elegant dinner will be end with delightful dessert Cannelé, Nougat, and Bugne Lyonnaise.
