Could it be our succulent seafood on ice section including Alaskan King Crab legs, New Zealand mussels, brown crabs, sea crabs, rock lobster and many more treasures from the deep complete with a selection of fresh dips? Or possibly the imported European cold cuts and appetizers complemented by a crisp salad bar. Maybe it’s our dedicated Japanese Corner with homemade sushi, nigiri, sashimi and tempura. Or even foie gras pan-fried on the spot for you to savour.
Whatever takes your fancy we’re confident you’ll agree that our weekend buffet at The Glass House Restaurant truly deserves to be called “Grand”. That’s why we’ve simply called it the “Grand Weekend Buffet”.
With carving stations slicing prime rib from the U.S., baked teriyaki salmon, steamed snow fish and marinated lamb leg and a wide-ranging Western and Asian hot dish section featuring beef tenderloin, giant river prawns, grilled lamb chops, Chinese-style double-boiled pork spare ribs, crispy black cod, Massaman curry and dim sum with X.O. sauce plus all your other international and local favourites there’s literally something for everyone.
And we haven’t forgotten those with a sweet tooth with a delectable dessert corner featuring a chocolate dipping fountain with fresh fruits, homemade cakes of all shapes and sizes and a plethora of pies and puddings.
