Wine dinner with 2 Guest Chefs at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok flies in not one, but two guest chefs for an international evening of wine and dine on Friday, July 5 at 18.30 hrs at Silver Waves Restaurant on the hotel 36th floor with panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and cityscape.

Guest chefs Patricia Helen Veitch from Adelaide, South Australia and Roger Louis Poutet who grew up in Melbourne will come together to fuse their respective talents and marry European fine food techniques with a burgeoning array of fresh ingredients to produce an international line-up. Boasting an Asian touch to some dishes, this one night only gourmet experience will feature a wide selection including Peking duck pancakes, prawn Scotch egg and Mackerel saltimbocca with saffron potatoes.
Wines for the evening will include sparkling and white choices from the Stonefish premium collection of Australia, Sensi from Italy, Hugo Casanova Reserva Merlot and Hugo Casanova Don Aldo Blend (Premium) from Chile.
To end the evening on the sweetest of note is the elegant Botrytis Semillon from the Riverina wine region in New South Wales, Australia.
