The culinary journey is divided into 5-course menu beginning with 4 different starters which includes – Roll marinated eggplant, Jambon iberico al coltello, Japanese Sea Scallop Ceviche and Black Cod Mantecato, served with white wine, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi Classico. The second course is Crispy Kataifi Langoustine (beetroot espuma, leek “ash”, Avocado guacamole & Horseradish Cream) paired with white wine Podium Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi classic. This is followed by the 3rd course which consists of Piedmont white asparagus Carnaroli risotto (saltimbocca roasted quail, Porcini mushrooms, sage noisette jus) served along with red wine Mentore Morellino Di Scansano.
Main course features Slow Roasted lamb saddle (morel, sausage, chestnut stuffing, pancetta roll, Parmesan custard, consommé and braise radicchio) served with red wine Vino nobile di Montepulciano riserva DOGC. Rounding off the delightful evening is Chocolate and cheeses symphony with Chianti Classico DOGC red wine.
