Clay pot or Bao Zai in Cantonese is considered as one of the most important cooking tools since the Ancient China. This cooking method helps retain nutrients and the food flavor within the pot itself.

Chef Khor Eng Yew, Executive Chinese Chef invites you and your family to taste this exclusive clay pot dishes carefully made from his secret recipe. Highlights include Slow cooked goose feet, sea cucumber with Yunnan ham dry oyster hot pot, Stewed beef cheeks with white radish, Chinese spices dried chili Clay pot and Clay pot fragrant rice with preserved duck meat and Chinese sausage.

The special clay pot menus are available at Summer Palace, InterContinental Bangkok from 15 December 2014 – 31 January 2015. Prices start from Baht 360++.
