Conrad Bangkok today announced the Wing Promotion at Liu Chinese restaurant. Available throughout the month of June, guests at Conrad Bangkok, the luxury hotel located on Wireless Road, will enjoy an array of premium poultry dishes prepared exclusively by Chinese master Chef Wong Kam Yau.
“It is said that the best kind of meat of all comes from the sky,” said Chef Wong Kam Yau, “And we finely select only top-quality poultry for this special promotion.”
Liu offers a completely new menu of bounties of the sky, be it goose, duck or chicken. Farm-raised pigeons are especially flown in from Hong Kong for braised pigeon with gingko and conpoy (THB 800 per piece). Other sumptuous dishes in the menu include braised boneless duck (from THB 400 to THB1,200), marinated five spiced goose slice (from THB 350 to THB 950), double boiled chicken soup with black mushroom and Rose wine (THB 250 per bowl) and more.
Liu is a neo-classic Chinese restaurant that blends the culture, traditions and cuisines of old China, including Cantonese, Shanghainese and Sichuan dishes, with new and contemporary interpretations.

Taking place from now until 27 June 2012, guests at Conrad Bangkok, the luxury hotel located on Wireless Road, will enjoy themselves at one of the biggest world cuisine gatherings prepared exclusively for an unforgettable dining experience.
