AHS announces New General Manager at U Sathorn Bangkok
German native Manfred has a solid background in hospitality encompassing several General Manager roles including working at the Kiridara Hotel in Luang Prabang, the Hansar Hotel and Asian Oasis – Mythical Journeys in Bangkok and La Résidence d’Angkor in Siem Reap.
His previous position prior to joining AHS was General Manager at the helm of the 137 Pillars House in Chiang Mai from 2011 until December 2015. “We are delighted to welcome Manfred as we believe that his extensive and well-rounded background in the luxury hotel industry provides him with a thorough understanding of what his position entails. He also possesses an inate ability to create breakthrough strategies for business development which will be a real asset for U Hotels and Resorts’ latest property in our rapidly expanding portfolio.” said Mr. Westoby.
