Vietnamese A La Carte Buffet highlights include steamed rice crepes filled with minced pork and mushrooms, crispy Saigon rice crepes filled with minced chicken, prawns, mushrooms and yellow beans, fresh spring rolls with avocado, crab stick and fresh herbs, sweet and sour pork spare rib soup, grilled duck breast with tamarind sauce and herbs, stir-fried NZ mussels with chili and basil leaves and many other delicious options.

Dining at Le Danang has been described as “The taste of old Vietnam in the colonial splendour of Hanoi” The setting is reminiscent of a large French – colonial mansion, with a stage for a live band. The menu is pan – Vietnamese and the chef places and emphasis on culinary authenticity, which is as good as will be found at any fine French restaurant.
