American Croughnut Debuts in Thailand at Tower Club at lebua

Tower Club at lebua, the luxurious award-wining hotel famed for its innovative restaurants and bars, is making “Croughnuts” available for the first time here at its chic poolside restaurant, Café Mozu. The Croughnut, a homemade half-croissant, half-doughnut pastry that is taking New York by storm, is deftly prepared with the finest ingredients by lebua’s master pastry Chef, Gilles Delaloy.
The perfect Croughnut has the light and flaky layered texture of a croissant inside and the creamy crispness and glazed sugar texture of a doughnut outside. Made with milk, yeast, butter, flour, eggs, salt, sugar and fondant icing, the Croughnut is featured every morning at Café Mozu from 6am to 11am.
