Anantara Sathorn Hosts Australian Wine Dinner Series

Guests and local wine connoisseurs are invited to Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel’s latest Uncorked and Plated Wine Dinner Series featuring a five-course menu alongside South Australian wine pairings on Thursday 27 June 2019 from 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm.

Only 30 tickets are available at THB 1,650 per person for this intimate fine dining and wine tasting experience which includes a reception cocktail pass and live cooking stations presented by Chef Gibb and Chef Benz.


Exclusive 5-Course Menu

Each Wine Dinner Series begins with a private reception cocktail pass at the ZOOM Sky Lounge on the 38th floor of Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel. Guests will sample a variety of exotic hors-d’oeuvres including Mushroom Tart, Grilled Pork Neck and Baked Mussel all while soaking in Bangkok’s illustrious skyline.


Guests will then move into the private Kasara Executive Lounge for the five-course dinner menu and wine tasting. Each culinary course will be presented at live cooking stations by Anantara Sathorn’s Chef Gibb and Chef Benz for the ultimate intimate dining experience.


The first course is a seafood creation of Raw Scallop Seasoned With Coconut Heart, Salt Plum, Chili and Sesame Oil. The next three courses each feature a different protein accentuated by surprising, savoury seasonings. From Prosciutto with Truffle and Sweet & Sour Thai Almonds, Wild Fish with Red Cabbage and Green Juice and Chai Nat Duck With Mulberries, Lotus Stem, Fresh Fern, and Pepper Jus the protein courses will satisfy any cravings.


The dessert course is a show stopping finale of oven Baked Pineapple with Coriander and Coffee Ice cream. Each course is expertly paired with South Australian wines for the complete and perfected fine dining experience.
