Bangkok premium Japanese dinner at Shintaro at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Bangkok has probably one of the most Japanese restaurants outside of Japan. Shintaro is one of the first restaurant in Bangkok and it is still going strong.

Shintaro which means new vision is a fun, contemporary, and innovative Japanese sushi bar with casual feel. This stylish 64-seat sushi bar includes a Tatami style private dining room (10 seats).The long sushi bar which seats 12 is almost the entire length of the restaurant, with a kitchen behind to prepare noodle dishes and selection of sushi and sashimi.

An innovative menu incorporates traditional and new styles of sushi, sashimi, noodle and tempura dishes with contemporary, colourful, artistic presentations. Chef sources the freshest available fish from Japan, America and Australia. Set menus for a busy luncheon schedule are also excellent value for money. Beverages include a variety of unique sakes and Japanese beers.
