Banyan Tree Bangkok is proud to bring to Bangkok’s most iconic and award-winning fine dining venue, Vertigo, haute cuisine from the German Black Forest Gourmet Heaven!

Chef Florian Stolte from the Traube Tonbach Hotel in Baiersbronn, which is the proud home of one of the longest-standing 3-Michelin starred restaurants, an accolade awarded and consistently maintained since 1993, will be weaving his magic in Vertigo to delight the refined discerning palate of gourmands and food aficionados alike, with his first-class cooking and exclusive culinary creations.

For a taste of high-class cuisine, join us at breathtaking Vertigo from 21 February to 1 March, where Chef Florian we will be bringing all the way to Thailand his talent and experience to create a culinary journey, especially for you, across the landscape of the German Black Forest, a Mecca of gastronomy and a Michelin-star heaven.
