Chef de Cuisine Stefano Merlo presents an evening of impeccable, authentic Italian cuisine and wine pairing. A 5-course menu is carefully created to complement each refined wine from the award-winning vineyards of Beni di Bastasiolo.

The vineyards of Batasiolo are scattered across Italy’s esteemed Langhe area in the Piedmont region, the famed home of Barolo wines.

Owned by the Dogliani family, the winery has been producing wines for over 100 years. The wine estate houses nine farms and 264 acres of vineyards, including 150 planted with the most important and celebrated locally-grown variety, the Nebbiolo from which Barolo wine is made.
