‘Beer Dinner’ at Tapas Y Vino

Spanish Chef Joan Tanya Dot will host first ‘Beer Dinner’ at Tapas Y Vino on Friday, 31 August.  Experience a 5-course tapas style dinner pairing with a selection of the most classic ‘Catalan’ beers from S.A. Damm brewery. 

Its best known beer products specially selected for the evening include Estrella Damm Barcelona, A.K. Damm, Inedit and Voll Damm.  Chef Joan’s Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Green & Red Mojo Canary Island Sauce and Bravas and 48 Hours Slow Cooked Pork Spare Ribs grilled with “Trinxat,” Cabbage, Potato and Pancetta will be the highlighted dishes.  The beer dinner is priced at THB 1,700++/person and starts at 19.00 hrs onwards.
