Enjoy a lavish five-course menu by our award-winning chefs with wine pairings from Best’s Australian Winery at a fantastic venue with panoramic views overlooking the ocean, while watching the best sunset in Pattaya at Latitude Lounge and Papaya room.
Start a wonderful evening during the sunset with Fin de Claire Oyster paired with Charles Steiner NV Brut for pre-dinner at Latitude Lounge and move up to Papaya room to enjoy our special five-course menu;

1st Course
Poached Rock Lobster, Scallop Ravioli & Duck Liver paired with Best’s Chardonnay 2011.

2nd Course
Warm Partridge Tart, Rocket Salad, Wild Garlic Dressing pairing with Best’s Pinot Noir 2011 paired with Best’s Pinot Noir 2008

3rd Course
Medallion of Veal, Braised Oxtail, Creamed Celeriac, Red Wine & Morel Mushrooms paired with Best’s Cabernet Sauvignon 2010.

4th Course
Cheese on Toast Ice Cream with Strawberry & Tomato Jam paired with Best’s ‘Bin 0’ Shiraz 2010.

5th Course
Dark Cherry Mousse sealed in a Chocolate Dome, Orange Jelly & Warm Red Wine Cherry Sauce paired with Sandal ford Founder’s Reserve Port
