Bordeaux Wine Dinner at The Landmark Bangkok

 Photo-1Premium ingredients and fine French wines will be a match made in heaven when Executive Chef Philippe presents a five-courses dinner paired with Château Mylord Bordeaux, Château Bernadotte Pauillac, Chateau Siran Margaux, and more top labels, on Friday, July 24, at only Baht 4,100++ per person at Rib Room and Bar Steakhouse (RR&B), located on the 31st floor of The Landmark Bangkok.


The elegance dinner will be begun with Canapé at the Bar before moving onto the first appetizer with The Apple & The Crab, Crab remoulade with green apple and wasabi sherbet, dried apple and soft shell crab. Then, try the perfectly taste with The Egg & The Champignon,

Slow cook Paolo Parisi egg “Chimay” served on porcini mushroom puree, truffle espuma.

Next is The Duck & The Cherry, Roasted Challans duck breast Montmorency style, with cherry sauce, toast of champignon and liver. The culinary highlight for tonight is The beef & The Grenailles, 400 days grain fed Australian sirloin, confit Grenaille potatoes, red wine shallot jam, beef jus.

End up this special dinner with The Cantaloupe & The Cream cheese, Cantaloupe caviar, lime cream cheese, bitter chocolate blinis and condiments, spiced rum.
