On Wednesday, October 21 2015, Don Giovanni Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok’s fine dining Italian restaurant is pleased to host an exclusive evening meal, at which wine from the well-known Italian winery Braida will be served. The dinner, which begins at 6.30 pm, will feature a fabulous four-course set menu prepared by our Italian Chef Stefano Zaninelli and each dish will be paired with a perfectly-picked wines from Braida. The menu includes tempting dishes such as fresh tuna and sun dried tomato tartar cold rocket soup caviar drops; Paccheri served with slowly braised wild board Tuscany style; pan fried cod fish fillet with capers and tomato crust Barbera wine risotto herbs butter wine reduction and destructured chocolate tiramisu pistachio Amarena cherry ice cream.

Priced at just THB 2,800 net per person, this glorious Italian spread is amazing value and will appeal to every palate.
