Guests may also choose from an impressive selection of Thai and Western dishes including fresh seafood on ice, mussels from New Zealand and the juiciest local prawns, blue swimmer crab and rock lobsters. The buffet choices extend to freshly cooked pastas, Mediterranean cold cuts, artisan cheeses and a tantalising choice of desserts and ice cream.
