WHAT NEGRONI WEEK 2023 HAS TO OFFER
There’s no Negroni without Campari, just like there’s no bar industry without bartenders. To celebrate this bond, the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund gives direct support to those in hospitality. Throughout the week there will be opportunities to celebrate cocktail culture and show appreciation for the art of mixology, recognising the dedication and skill of bartenders to create one of the world’s most iconic and loved cocktails.
In the 11th edition of Negroni Week in Thailand, cocktail enthusiasts and Negroni lovers will get the chance to enjoy varieties of the cocktail, from the classic staples to innovative, inspiring recipes, at leading bars and restaurants, as well as a boozy brunch, an idyllic dinner cruise with scrumptious food and drinks and a fun bar hop, and at the same time celebrate the art and craft of cocktail making of the bartenders, and give back to society through The Foundation for the Deaf under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen.
