Blue Sky Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is proud to present an exclusive Wine Dinner by well-known Chilean Winnery Casillero del Diablo. Special guest of the night will be Marcelo Papa who has been incharge of this famous Winery since 1988 and has won several important Wine awards. The enticing 5-course set menu include amazing dishes such as “Pan fried duck liver endive chanterelle mushrooms”; “Bouquet of leaves, gizzard, mushrooms, croutons and balsamic dressing”; “Steamed large New Zealand mussels in the shell topped with green herb sauce”; “Stew duck thigh with couscous and gravy sauce, sautéed vegetable”; “Cabernet braised short ribs Horseradish fork mashed potatoes, herb salad”; “Organic & milk fed lamb leg confit from Pakchong Khao Yai, white beans cooking same as cassoulet” and many more!

Price per person is THB 1,400 net, including 5-course set dinner menu paired with wines.
