The Eternal Romance Menu

Our head chef has carefully curated a 5-course menu that will take you and your loved one on a culinary journey, with flavors that are as deep and enduring as your love itself. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted with passion. To add an element of surprise, every course includes a secret bite created by our chef to delight your senses.

The evening begins with an indulgent AMUSE BOUCHE: a rich brioche topped with oyster relish and anchovy, setting the stage for the exquisite flavors to follow.

Next, enjoy the elegant CARPACCIO DI MAZARA, featuring delicate red prawn carpaccio with a refreshing lactose lime gel, Beluga caviar and a smoky green element that brings an unexpected depth to the dish. Then, delight in the TROTA E ZAFFERANO: poached trout with saffron, paired with a fresh green salad, confit potato, trout roe, and a mustard Prosecco foam — a beautiful balance of textures and flavors. Savor the rich and creamy RISOTTO DI TARTUFO E FEGATO, a decadent risotto made with white truffle cream, Gorgonzola cheese, black truffle and foie gras. The deep flavors of truffle and the luxurious foie gras create a perfect transition to the main course, heightening the sense of indulgence.

For the main course, choose from three irresistible options. The D’AGNELLO presents a verde herb-crusted lamb rack, served with confit carrot, butter sugar snap peas and mint caviar. If you prefer beef, the MANZO features a succulent Wagyu tenderloin, paired with roasted truffle potatoes, butter sugar snap peas and a rich port wine sauce. Alternatively, the MAIALE offers a crispy pork belly with artichoke puree, fermented fennel and a port wine sauce — a combination of tenderness and crunch that will leave you craving more.

Finally, end your romantic dinner with the sweet perfection of CANNOLI ALLA FRAGOLA, a traditional Italian cannoli filled with strawberry mascarpone and accompanied by a smooth vanilla gel. A perfect finish to a truly unforgettable meal.
