Poolside Romance

Our newly designed pool area is the perfect place for a romantic poolside dinner under the stars. The pink themed-evening will include smooth live music while lovers enjoy a 4-course Valentine’s Day set dinner. The evening will begin with delicious entrées of smoked salmon and crabmeat remoulade rotollo, fresh king prawn and green mango salad and a chilled tomato-almond gazpacho with caviar. The delectable starters will be followed by succulent slow roasted Wagyu beef tenderloin, melt-in-the-mouth braised beef cheek tagine ravioli, and cannellini bean confit with a licorice tonic jus. The heavenly dinner for two will end with a decadent dessert of summer berry pudding, a pink grapefruit granita, and a luscious baked forest berry and chocolate pithivier.

The Valentine’s Day set dinner is Baht 4,990 net per couple and includes:
• 4-course set dinner
• two glasses of French sparkling rosé
• a bottle of house wine
• a box of  pink chocolates and truffles

Our award-winning restaurant, Taste, invites couples to an enticing Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet.
