Long been a favorite with families, especially at holidays, Cafe G at Holiday Inn Bangkok presents a splash of Songkran Seafood Buffet with ‘better than ever’ expanded seafood selections including Kaprow Pla (Fish maw soup with shiitake mushroom), Pla Sam Ros (Deep fried fish with spicy sweet and sour sauce), Kao Soi Pla (Northern style noodle curry with fish), Mussel with sweet basil, Razor Clam with herbs. There are plenty of spicy Thai salads with seafood on the buffet too, as well as even more seafood delicacies at the sushi station.
