Celebrate Valentine’s Day at RedSky at Centara Grand at CentralWorld

Valentine’s Day is that special day of the year to indulge in romantic ideas and for occasions that become lasting memories. At RedSky on the 55th level of Centara Grand at CentralWorld there is a set menu for couples to enjoy alfresco by candlelight and celebrate an unforgettable night.

The special six-course menu is prepared by Chef Flavio Fermi and his team, with dishes including thinly sliced king fish, Tsarskaya oyster, chestnut-Jerusalem artichoke macchiato, black Perigord truffle and US scallops, Spanish carabinero prawn, black Bouchot mussels, lychee sorbet with Absolut vodka, black chanterelles dusted Iberico pork tenderloin or black halibut with crisp potato skin, followed by a dessert of baked rice soufflé with mandarin coulis and Grand Marnier ice cream in Valrona chocolate. Served from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm at THB 14,555 net per couple the price includes a bottle of Mumm rosé champagne.
