Centara appoints new VP of Human Resources to support expansion

Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, announced the appointment of Rujapa Hamnilrat as Vice President Human Resources. Ms.Rujapa has over 20 years of experience in human resources in consulting, general administration and organisational development for leading companies such as Accenture, Kimberly-Clark, and Robert Bosch. Before joining Centara she was the Learning & Development Lead, of Asia Pacific Region, for PepsiCo Services Asia Ltd.

She holds a master’s degree of Science in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK. The appointment will support Centara’s ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years, expanding its footprint further into Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
