Centara Grand at CentralWorld proudly presents new trendy restaurant “UNO MAS” featuring stunning panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline, an inspired menu celebrating Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines. All dishes is well-prepared by Joan Tanya Dot, Chef Manager picking the top quality of ingredients from Spain to bring authentic gusto to menu.

Starting with a one-bite cold tapas; Airbags with Manchego cheese, Foie gras and goat cheese “Oreo Cookie” or warm tapas is a worth to try; Wagyu beef and Iberian pork croquettes “Bomba de Barcelona” , Prawns, garlic, paprika and cayenne sizzling in olive oil “Gambas Pil Pil”.


Fulfill your delightful meal with Pumpkin soup, 63 degrees egg and Joselito ham or Alaskan scallops, green asparagus and Iberian ham salad.  Leave a space for PASTA & PAELLA corner; Paella Valenciana with chicken, Seafood Paella with lobster, carabinero, prawns, clams, scallops and mussels and Spaghetti “fruto del Mare” with sea urchins.


Next is what you can’t missed from the Mediterranean and Atlantic Seas; Dover sole ‘a la plancha’ with baked potatoes, thyme and verdejo wine and Octopus Galician style, with potato puree and paprika.
