A new addition to the Pattaya hotel scene is the Centara Grand Phratamnak. The location is tucked in a peaceful area of the Phratamnak hills. The beach (Jomtien beach the very north end ) is nearby in a couple of steps across the street. The neighborhood is an upscale residential area with condominiums, hotel and houses. Right next to the hotel is a 7/11 and a bit further is a Lotus express. See full review
