Champagne Dinner at 22 Kitchen & Bar

Starting with assorted canapés and a glass of Montaudon Reserve Premiere Brut, NV to whet the appetite, the four-course meal then moves on to an elegant Chilled Lychee glazed monkfish Carpaccio with leeks, saffron poached pear and parmesan tuile and a Montaudon Grande Rose Brut, NV.
“The whole duck,” roasted breast, confit leg and seared duck liver, served with a potato mille feuille, candied apple and curry is next to delight with a tempting glass of Montaudon Class M Brut, NV.
The next course delivers a delectable Roasted scallop trio, sake ginger, sea water essence, and toasted fenugreek maple espumas, finished with crest and shiso. The beautiful dish is matched by Montaudon Premiere Millesime Brut, 2002.
A devilish dessert follows, with a unique Hazelnut torte with lemon curd, black currant and nasturtiums and a Montaudon Reserve Premiere Brut, NV.
The Champagne Dinner will be available to delight diners for one night only on Thursday, November 20 from 6.30pm at 22 Kitchen & Bar, Dusit Thani Bangkok.
