Discover the affinities between Japanese cuisine and luxury Champagne as Yamazato welcomes Antoine de Boysson of Champagne Philipponnat for an indulgent six-course kaiseki-ryōri created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara. Each intricate dish will be served alongside a carefully selected wine from Philipponnat’s aristocratic range including the opulent Clos des Goisses, the tacit Champenois secret of connoisseurs. Priced at 4,000 Baht++ per guest.
