The Sukhothai Bangkok, in association with Mr. Peter Weiss of Cordon Noir Company and Duval Leroy Champagne, presents an exclusive evening of caviar and Champagne at The Sukhothai.
Blow your tastebuds away with a selection of culinary masterpieces, prepared by The Sukhothais Executive Chef Nam Nguyen, featuring some of the finest caviars. Each and every course of the dinner is served along with some of Duval Leroys best Champagnes having all scored between 91-94 points at the Wine spectator.
Among the 6-course set menu are Duck Egg Cocotte, Caviar Sauce with Duval Leroy Fleur de Champagne Brut, NV; Scallops, Foie Gras, Beluga Caviar, Granny Smith Apple complemented by Duval Leroy Fleur de Champagne Leroy Rosé, NV; Seared Langoustines, Oscietre Caviar, Girolles, Gnocchi Shellfish Emulsion matched by Duval Leroy Blanc de Chardonnay 1998.
