For the special Swiss Food Festival at Taste, Chef Alexander and Chef Michael have created an irresistible menu of authentic Swiss food to enjoy with our interactive buffet at Taste restaurant.
Highlights at the exquisite boutique dining venue will include Thinly slicedvealZurich style,Classic raclette cheeseand Cheese fondueand Original air dried Buendner hamgourmet potato rostiwith toppings straight from the wood fired oven.Experience authentic Swiss dessert specials such as Traditional carrot cake, Toblerone chocolate mousse,Movenpickice cream teppanyaki, Chestnut puréewith Cherry liqueur, and – of course - Swiss chocolate fondue and Truffles.

Taste is a contemporary restaurant with a boutique style buffet serving an enticing range of gourmet international cuisine in a visually dramatic setting. The award-winning dining destination is the ideal venue for a memorable meal with family and friends, or a romantic dinner for couples. The exciting concept features open kitchens and five live cooking stations allowing interaction between chef and diner.
