BANGKOK (April 12, 2011) – The St. Regis Bangkok is offering executives and meeting planners a special Opening Meetings Package to celebrate the opening of the first St. Regis Hotel in Thailand.  Available from April 1 through August 31, 2011, the Opening Meetings Package offers an unprecedented opportunity to host a meeting or special event in Bangkok’s newest and most luxurious hotel at a special rate, with the full accompaniment of the renowned St. Regis bespoke services and amenities.

Situated at 14 floors above the city and created as a tribute to the famed Astor family of the St. Regis New York, the Astor level offers exquisite meeting and event spaces, complete with dramatic views of the cityscape, a sweeping staircase and open kitchen.  The Astor Ballroom and its adjacent conference rooms offer 1,515 square meters (16,305 square feet) of adaptable space, which can be easily configured and transformed into unique themes and settings for any event or meeting.  The four breakout rooms include Rajadamri I, II, III and IV, each with natural daylight and scenic city views.

Available now for booking, the exclusive Opening Meetings Package includes a full-day rental of the meeting room complete with a custom prepared lunch and two coffee breaks; a complimentary bespoke cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres; and the opportunity to earn Double Starpoints®.  The Opening Meetings Package is available for Baht 1,900++ per person from April 1 through August 31, 2011.
