Feast on an exotic array of delicacies like eggplant mutabal, cheese burak (filo pastry filled with haloumi cheese and mint), kebbeh mabroumeh (lamb kebab stuffed with pistachio), dajaj mahshi (grilled chicken stuffed with rice and vegetables), lahmet hanano (oven-baked lamb in tomato sauce), arman bl mozat (lamb leg and kebbeh in yogurt sauce), and much more.
