For Thaifood fans, ‘Dried, Salted Damsel FishSpicy Salad’ is highly recommended by Khun Charlie.  Thecombination of the saltiness of the fish, the spiciness of hot chilis, thesourness of fresh lemons and green mango makes this dish the ideal starterbefore the main course: ‘Stirred-FriedTiger Prawns with Peppercorn’.  This scrumptious dish is bestcomplemented by a bowl of hot steaming rice that helps to bring out theexceptional flavor of this superb dish.   

Seafood lovers have not been forgotten!
