Conrad Bangkok in collaboration with China Airlines and Ambrose Wine Limited welcomes Chef Albert Tse, much-acclaimed head chef at 4 consecutive years 1-Michelin-Star China Blue at The Conrad Tokyo and one of the ultimate gastronomic accolades: Escoffier’s “Culinary Art Master”, who comes to showcase his gorgeous Chinese Modern Cuisine for very special 8 days from 4 to 11 August 2011 at Liu, Chinese restaurant.
 

Chef Albert will also conduct Michelin-Star Cooking Class on Saturday, 6th August 2011 from 10:00-12:00 hrs. for interested persons at Baht 1,750++ per person including lunch and certificate.
