Served daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, the irresistible buffet features a fabulous selection of gourmet cuisine created by our talented Executive Chef Sylvain Royer. Diners can choose from an array of antipasti and cold cuts, freshly baked breads, imported cheeses and enticing accompaniments. There are also premium at the barbecue corner, a fresh catch of seafood, a choice of pasta dishes with delicious sauces, and many other Thai and Western favourites.

A selection of delightfully decadent French desserts end the evening’s dining on a high note.  Succumb to temptation with heavenly confections such as mango, strawberry or raspberry Charlotte, hazelnut cream Paris-Brest cake, mini éclairs, tarts, macaroons, and other traditional treats too good to resist.

The enticing buffet features an array of dishes including appetizers ofbeef and fish carpaccio, smoked salmon, pâtés and rillettes, crisp salads and sun-blessed Mediterranean cuisine. There’s succulent traditional Sunday  roast meats served at the carving station, and steaks and seafood cooked to order by our skilled chefs in  Mistral’s open kitchen. Diners can also discover authentic Thai flavours at the Asian station. The family feast  also includes a choice of delicious food for youngsters and a ‘naughty but oh so nice’ selection of French  pastries and desserts.
