Since the 1990’s el Bulli has been at the forefront of the culinary imagination, creating unique menu concepts and arguably the founder of molecular gastronomy. The hallmark of el Bulli cuisine is to modify the characteristics of the ingredients and present the diner with a creative, provocative and sometimes humorous dish designed in harmony of flavours with just a hint of magic. For those unable to travel to this iconic restaurant in regional Spain, Parkview Restaurant at Imperial Queen’s Park is now giving a one-night-only opportunity to sample el Bulli cuisine.
This is a rare chance to enjoy sample dishes from Spain’s el Bulli Restaurant which has repeatedly been voted as the best restaurant in the world. This global exploration had brought 2 of el Bulli’s senior chefs, Jordi Bernus & Jacobo Astray, who will be featuring exclusive dishes such as Canas de mojito y caipirinha (Sugarcane mojito & caipirinha, Olivas esfericas (molecular olives), Espuma de porrusalda con bacalao (Leak & Cod foam), Tortilla deconstruida (reconstructed Spanish Omelette), Ajoblanco con esferico de melon (White almond soup with melon caviar), Oyster tartar with foie gras, Canadian Lobster cerviche, Globo de Gorgonzola (gorgonzola balloons), Panuelo de maiz (Corn handkerchief). At the same time Parkview Restaurant will also be offering fine Marques de Caceres wines to partner with the cuisine temptations presented and demonstrated by 2 amazingly talented chefs.
This is an unprecedented opportunity to experience some of the world’s most creative food in a relaxed and informal Parkview atmosphere. The el Bulli experience at Parkview will be combined with PARKVIEW NIGHTLY GOURMET BUFFET THAT features Alaskan King Crab, Foie Gras, Rock Lobster, extensive grill selection and sumptuous roast carvery followed with a delightful dessert selection.
